Our key objective is:-

To carry on the activities of skill enhancement, skill training, skill development and conducting vocational training workshops and programmes in soft, technical as well as trade specific skills in the field of unorganized sectors like Construction, Healthcare, Retail & Manufacturing domain required at Community Level, Corporate Level or Industrial Level in India and/or abroad.
. To carry on the activities of training, Consultancy, skill training, setting up of training centre in the field environment safety, health safety & measure, safety of human beings.
To act as consultant, adviser for environment expert, health expert, safety expert in the field of pollution control, medical care, industrial safety and hazards and render all consultancy services of professional and technical nature in India and abroad and to provide Human Resource consultancy and other allied activities. Further to carry on the business of purchase and sale of such items and other to facilitate such activity.
To carry on the business of providing talented and skilled employees to the Companies, various Industries and organizations in the field of EHS sector in India and/or abroad.
Our RPL assessment measures the current skill level of a worker. This allows us to assess their training needs and also sets a base line for aligning wage level to skill level.
Our training model is unique because of its delivery methodology. We offer apprenticeship led on site training to workers. We on board senior workmen as trainers and assign apprentices to them who learn on the job. We provide required training material for trainers to be able to effectively train workers.
Our on site training model is extremely successful because of our unique train the trainer program. Our train the trainer program enables us to transform skilled workers into excellent trainers who can successful impart the right knowledge to unskilled workers.
